Red Roof PLUS+ Boston - Woburn/ Burlington

So, I read other reviews and the only thing I can agree with are the rooms are dated. Fresh paint , curtains , new microwave may all that is needed. Staff were friendly at check in s and check out. Elevator was a lil confusing as the lights inside or out didn’t light up. One was broken, so only one active . The location was perfect, grocery store , restaurants , and favorite shopping was across the street, or close by. We didn’t hear any traffic and slept well.

I had written a review on this hotel before I gave the Manager to correct things. I wanted to make another review with an update. Our room was clean and quaint. The air in the room was not working properly upon check in. After speaking with the front desk there was nothing that could be done that night. Yes it was a bit disappointing. We spoke with the manager in the morning and he was kind and took care of our problem right away. Many thanks to Helton for repairing the air so we could sleep comfortably. So kind and humble. There are no frills here but of you want a clean room give it a chance.

Great location. Easy highway access. Plenty to eat nearby. Staff at front desk was nice. Check in ans check out was easy. Only 2 elevators and 1 was out of order. Rooms were decent size. But definitely outdated. Furniture didnt look clean. Its a pet friendly hotel which is probably why. But then I would make sure the furniture is something that can be easily cleaned. Shower was gross looking. Im sure its clean but the rust made it look gross so I showered wkth flip-flops on. The ledge above toilet in bathroom looked like it was going to snap off the wall soon. Beds were comfy. No bed bugs. The foot of the 1 bed looked deformed upward. Walls were thin. Heard everything in the hallway and above us. And it looked like there was snot rubbed onto the wall beside the 1 bed. Gross.

It is located close to shopping area. The Neighborhood is quiet. They do have plenty of parking lots. It is 15-20 minutes driving away from Boston down town.

I would like to say if you just need a place to stay and rest, the location and the price worths nothing more. The reason for 4 star but 5 is that the facilities are getting old, and no breakfast. But I think it's not the issue of the hotel because you can stay in a safe place with comfortable beds with a lower price even compared with motels. You shouldn't expect more lol. At least the room is clean and tidy in my standard.

Very affordable and my room was very clean great location , only thing was bad is there a lot dog poop on the property. Hopefully maintenance take care of that. Some Customers are so lazy , like pick up your dog CACA

This location is not as updated or modern as some of the other locations and there is a $150 deposit fee you must pay. They do accept dogs and the pool is rented out to a private business so you are not allowed to use it

We stayed here for two nights It’s not a bad hotel. I mean it’s not a five star hotel you get what you get front desk was always a common dating. Very nice housekeeping could do a little better but I’m sure that they don’t have a lot of time we wiped down the room ourselves. We didn’t have any problems at all yes, there are people smoking outside. They didn’t bother us. We met some great people and had some great conversations. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay close to, and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg this would be the hotel for you. We would definitely come back. We didn’t have any problems at all.
